This was a 3.5 Bean Read for me. I knew going into Silent Whisper that it was a paranormal read. I’ve read other books by Andrea Smith and have enjoyed them and the smoking hotness of them as well. I did not know what to expect from her in a paranormal setting. Though I felt in some parts of one of her previous series we got a good look at how she may go about it. While it did not work so well for me in that book it was completely believable in this one. Once you start reading the book, you quickly come to understand that while it is in fact a paranormal read the main focus is the love story something that Smith does well.

Karlie and Dominic were swoon worthy and because they did own so much of the story made up for what I found lacking in Parrish at times. There is a great deal of mystery and plot twists that are unexpected. I cannot really say much more as I will never intentionally spoil a read for someone else.

I recommend this book if you enjoy some paranormal, mystery, badass guys, and smoking hot romance.
