This little book has a reputation for breaking hearts.

I believe as an audiobook it was much easier to ‘swallow’… as all I had to do was listen as the tears clouded my eyes… and the sobs wreaked and shook my body VIOLENTLY.

I see reading this would be impossible and according to everyone who came to my aid… JUST to tell me I’m ‘soooooo screwed’ and tell em their experience reading it.

Voila! I had no such problem… the thing kept on playing and everytime my tear ducts were screaming ‘uncle’ all I did was hit PAUSE…. get my sh*t together and move on. This book is definitly to be read when you are not PMS-ing … or happy… well yeah no.. I have no idea when the BEST time to read this except that it MUST be read/listened to… although since I’m ok and survived with just mild case of puffy/swollen eyes I would suggest doing this one as an audiobook.

“People fall in and out of love all the time, and sometimes people have numerous loves throughout their lives. But you have two epic loves and no matter who you were with, I don’t think you’d ever get over or forget the other.”

If you know anything about me I despise love triangles and that is why it took me YEARS to get to this series but with the upcoming new release of Trusting Liam I knew it was time! I was not disappointed this book had many stages of evolution and growth of the characters. This book was a perfect example of life and the hardships of it. Although the characters are in college and technically it was New Adult genre but I still felt heart broken for the characters because of how much they were all put through. It was TOO much of life for characters who didn’t even know what they wanted to do in life beyond partying.

This book was a perfection up to 60% and took on a crazy dive into heartbreak land but in the end Molly finished off the book beautifully with a great HEA and resolution to all the characters.

The whole book is told through Heroine’s/Harper’s POV and where I expected to be annoyed with her I couldn’t blame her for any of her choices considering her age and situations. No one is perfect… we are allowed to make mistakes as long as we accept the responsibility and allow 2nd chances into our lives.

About Molly McAdams

me.jpg

Molly grew up in California but now lives in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas with her husband and furry four-legged daughters. When she’s not diving into the world of her characters, some of her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and long walks on the beach … which roughly translates to being a homebody with her hubby and dishing out movie quotes. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies and fried pickles, and loves curling up in a fluffy comforter during a thunderstorm … or under one in a bathtub if there are tornados. That way she can pretend they aren’t really happening.
