Now as I was peacefully sitting here… ok… avoiding work I get a message notification from one of regular reviewers. Crazy things bound to happen when you have no filter and open to any subject. It is no shock we (Kris & I) love our graphic romance reads… any sub-genre really… but sometimes you just need to pick a good YA/NA book and enjoy the story-line
NOW… as I was procrastinating work I got this lovely message and it brought me here because I really am curious what YOU think…
K&V reviewer – you ever think there is such a thing as smut overload lol

K&V reviewer – [CURRENT READING TITLE] is very tame to what I’ve been reading lately, and when I read the love scene to this book, and it was a fade to black I was like what the… then it occurred to me…oh there is such a thing as a story line lol
So our ponder Questions… IS there such a thing as SMUT OVERLOAD???

I do NOT think there is such a thing as TOO much smut!! Bring on the smut, smut smut smut. That being said, I do think when you switch gears so dramatically from a hard core smut-tastic read to something with more ‘tame or in the NA/Ya range it can be a little jarring to switch gears so dramatically. However, in the end it can be such a great reward and you find you didn’t even really miss the smut…. well maybe that’s just crazy talk LOL.
I enjoy SMUT, however I do think that there can be too much at times, I like when it fits into the story.
