Lord… I need a minute here. This book had sooo much packed into it. I’m glad it picked up right where book one left off cause… that ending! The first 20% of the book was really hard to read due to some of the things poor Sophie had to endure at the hands of a crazy man! I dunno what was in the water those Westbrook brothers were drinking… but Jesus it must have been polluted, cause those boys ain’t right! This book was definitely darker then I imagined it was going to be. However, it could’ve just been me cause I’ve been reading a ton of romcoms lately, so jumping into this after a funny fluffy read was like seeing Mike Myers behind a magical unicorn, blade up, and ready to strike. 

I really enjoyed seeing the three musketeers (Liam, Hunter, and Mason) band together to save the day again. I just wish they could have gotten there sooner, cause Sophie was not the same after and I can’t blame her. While I enjoyed parts of this book, I also felt like I was reading book one again expect with Mason and Sophie switching places. I understood where Sophie was coming from, and needing time to heal after the Caleb/Dalton ordeal, but it just took a loooonnnnggg time to get to the part where she realizes that Mason is the sh*t and stop fighting fate. However, once they did get to the sexy times we got A LOT of it and I was def enjoying that. I know I’m just a little tart and I’m ok with that! Lol

I enjoyed the ending a lot more then I did the beginning and middle, and the way this book ended… oh my god do I need Liam and Maddie’s book ASAP!! Like wtf is Liam pulling here? Let’s just say Sophie isn’t the only one who wants a shot at kicking him in the balls!
