Release Me (Stark Trilogy #1) by J. Kenner (read on 4/9/13)
Damien Stark…. *sigh* Not since Christian Grey has a man been so moving. Just the idea of his dual colored eyes makes me feel all tingly. If you’ve read this one I am sure you will agree that never has the thought of riding in a limo been as hot as after reading that scene in this book. Nikki is complicated/conflicted and a real sweetheart. I did not find myself getting annoyed with her one bit. Her back story was pretty heart breaking and the decisions that she made and her fears appeared to be completely appropriate given what she has been through. I won’t say much more because I don’t want to give anything away but prepare yourself with a cold bottle of water and enjoy the warm and fuzzy tingly sensations that you will no doubt experience when reading this book. Mr. Stark can definitely hang with Christian Grey, Mr. Cavendish, Gideon and the like!!!!
