R.K. Lilley, all I can say is…
And all I can do is…
To sum up Danika & Tristan’s second installment I think the following gif does it nicely…
That was pretty much the entire book. I knew that it was going to be a really difficult read and I knew I was going to need tissues and be upset but I had no idea just how heart breaking it would all be. By the time I got to the last 15 or 20 percent of the book I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it or not. This was absolutely fantastically done. I’m also so very thankful that she put the first chapter of the next book at the end. It helped bring me out of that time frame and back to the nearer present. I will say that R.K. apparently has a knack for being able to rip your heart out and crush it while you’re still alive and do it in a way that you can keep reading. I definitely did not read it as quickly as I could have, but I could not put it down either. Every tragedy was a train wreck and I could not look away for even a second. I am going to have to stick to the lighter side of things for the next few books just to get over this one. I’m glad Lovely Trigger is out early 2014… I am absolutely eager to see where this story goes.
