***Content warning*** it’s advised that readers be over 18 years of age before reading this novel due to sexual content and adult situations.

From the best-selling author of the Beautiful Series, comes Drawn, a powerful tale of a relationship that rides the edge of hate and love and everything in between.

Have you ever felt so drawn to someone, that you will put up with anything to be with them? That’s how I feel when I’m around him.

Most of the time, I want to hate him. I want to stay as far away from him as possible. He’s so cocky, and arrogant. And he gets in the way and tells me what to do. He’s all things that I normally detest in a man. But, when we’re alone… I can’t even think for myself – the pull is that intense.

I know I should run, I know I should stay away. But I can’t. I don’t know if I’m strong enough.

What do you do when you just can’t stay away? Even when you know you should…

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Have you ever been swept up in a whirlwind romance that’s so all consuming, animalistic lust so strong that you can’t function or breathe without having that person nearby? You jump head first into the shallow end and pray to god you don’t break your neck in the process, but even if you did its ok cause your man is beautiful and has the body of a Greek God? No? Yeah, me either, but damn do I wish I could check that off my bucket list!

That’s the kind of pull Damien and Henrietta ( Etta for short) experience together, this strong magnetic pull towards each other that leaves them no choice but to grab for each other and hold on for dear life, because it’s a rough ride ahead, and if you don’t keep all hands and legs inside the cart at all time they may go flying off. Etta first meets Damien when she knocks on his door by mistake and thinking he is her best friend/ ex boyfriend, Aaron’s roommate, and gets lured into his room by the delicious smell of bacon. From the moment Damien see’s her he knows he needs her. And thus starts the manic pursuit he have her. Damien has this need to protect her, and keep her safe. You find out why that is as the story develops. I could tell you but what fun is that? As Etta and Damien embark on a journey of a fast paced love affair with sizzling hot, panty melting, no stopping till we pass out sex, they lose themselves in each other, shut out the world outside, and reside in his apartment for weeks on end. Their relationship is codependent, impulsive, and at times quite manic. They fight dirty, act out in jealous rage, and beat down any threat in their way, aka crazy train All Aboard! * Toot Toot*

As with any great high, they never last long enough and you are faced with the end far sooner than you may want. When Damien and Etta free fall back to reality, they shatter upon impact.

During this story you also meet and fall in love with her ex and bff, Aaron. Aaron’s devotion and love for Etta was awe inspiring. Some people may not agree with me, and I will admit I did not truly fall in love with Aaron till books 2A and 2B (shhh, I’ll that explain later). Aaron was in Ettas corner till the end, waiting till she called for him and helping her pick up the pieces that Damien left her in. Aaron knows that Etta may never love him the way he loves her, and that all they may ever be to each other are friends. However, he is unwavering in his love for her. There were times during the story that I shouted for Aaron to just walk away, and find someone who was deserving of him, but I knew this plea fell on deaf ears. Aaron has found the women of his dreams, and he will wait for her praying she comes back to him.

There is so much I can say about the way this book ended, but then I would ruin it for you. At the end of the book you are left to choose who you want Etta to have her HEA with, Door A or door B. Both men love her with a fierceness that is infinite and unyielding. Who will you choose? If you pick door A: Redemption- Then you will see how life turns out for Etta with sexy bad boy, Damien. But if you pick door B; Obsession- you see what life brings for Etta with her kind loving, handsome best friend, Aaron.

I thought this concept of pick your own hero was brilliant and refreshing. How many times do you read a story and wonder what life would have been like had she picked door number 2? Bravo, Mrs. Anderson, Bravo!!

∞◊∞ Some favorite quotes… ∞◊∞

“He moves to life me off himself, but I wrap my legs even tighter around him. “ Stay,” I murmur, gripping him with my internal muscles.”

♥♥♥

“Etta, you’ve got me. This is never going to end. I’m never going to let you go. You are mine and I am yours. There is nothing that can change that now.”

♥♥♥

“I love your cock.” I whisper, stroking my hand up and down his shaft. “My cock loves you.” He grins grabbing onto my hips and lifting me up.”

♥♥♥

“Do you want me to kiss you?” He asks, brushing his bottom lip right next to my mouth again.”

Choose your hero wisely.

Have you ever wanted the power to decide who the heroine of a story will ultimately end up with?

Now is your chance with Drawn 2 where you have a choice of TWO sequels in which the characters follow TWO different paths to lead them to your chosen ‘happily ever after’. This is not two stories told from different points of view. This is not an alternate ending – it’s an entirely separate path that readers who choose to read both sequels will appreciate the ‘sliding door’ moments that set our characters off in a different direction.

Different choices. Different fates.

You hold the power You get to choose – Damien… or Aaron.

In Drawn, we met Etta and watched as her obsessive relationship with Damien sent both of them into world of darkness and self-destruction. We also met Aaron, the constant in Etta’s life – the man who was willing to do anything it took to keep her safe.

Two Men. One woman. A decision that will change everything…

That decision is yours…

Three years have passed since Damien lost Etta. His obsessive and irrational behaviour drove her away and destroyed his life.

For three years he has languished in prison. Every day he had but one thought – Etta. She is the holder of his soul and he can’t see a life without her in it.

When he is finally released and tracks her down, he is faced with something he didn’t expect. His daughter, and Aaron.

Damien needs to redeem himself in the eyes of the woman he loves. He needs to prove to her that he is the kind of man she can build a life with – even if that means telling her all of his secrets and possibly ruining everything for good.

In Drawn – Redemption, we follow Etta, Damien and Aaron. They will walk the path you set them on when you make the choice to support DAMIEN. To support Aaron, you will need to read Drawn – Obsession.
