Whoa whoa whoa what a ride this book was! First anything by K Webster is a must read for me so I was all about getting my hands on this book. And I found a new author I love too, Nikki Ash is def added to my TBR pile. My ever growing TBR pile. These two authors came together and gave us quite the story. What a deliciously dark duet indeed. 

Talia is your everyday young college student. She loves art, theater, college, her family, and her sweet boyfriend, Alex. But in a blink of an eye, her charmed little life takes a wrong turn, due to her criminal father, who’s got tied to the Greek mafia. She’s told she has to marry the eldest son of the Greek mob, or her dad is swimming with the fish. Gone is her perfect little life, her college, her love of theater, and her boyfriend, who she has to end it with ASAP. 

Kostas is learning everything he can from his father, together they are the head of the most poster family in Greece. The same family who will kill Talia’s father if she doesn’t agree to marry him. She’s left little to no choice and quickly finds herself married to the dark and dangerous Kostas. Oh, he’s also hella hot and very very bad but damn it feels so so good. 

This book kept me on the edge of my seat from page one. I loved getting lost in the dark underworld of Kostas’s world and seeing Talia and her new husband learn to love and build something together, even if it’s all a sham. But is it? The more time Talia spends in this world and with her husband, the more she realizes maybe, Kostas is more her ally and protector than she ever thought. 

The ending left us in a major cliffy and I’m dying to get my hands on it right now!! I need to know what happens. What a book hangover I’ll be in ’till book two is released. Oh the horror!! I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. You need to meet Kostas he is… wow wow wow.
